I ordered a pair of sneakers from china (🙄 yes I know) July 13th that still haven't been delivered even though in tracking it does say they were. I have sent the company a few emails that of course werent answered so I went into the resolution center to initiate a claim but when I tried to select the transaction it is nowhere to be found!! Has anything like this ever happen to anyone? And if so what did you end up doing? On both my confirmation email and bank statement it shows that the transaction was made through PayPal.. I have no clue what is going on and any help would be awesome !
