Hello. 
I made two transactions to X person. The first on May 4th and the second on May 5th. 
Since the transaction was on hold, X person asked me to confirm the receipt on my PayPal for the transaction of May 4th, so I did. 
I did so, since I was satisfied with my product, but days went by and I was having issues with the product. 
So I asked for a refund for both transactions. 

The issue I'm having is that only the transaction that I didn't confirm (May 5th) is the one that appears on my PayPal activity. So I opened a dispute only for the transaction on May 5th. 
I want to open a Dispute for the transaction on May 4th. But it doesn't appear on my PayPal activity. 
I do have email confirmation from PayPal for both transaction, and I even tried searching using the Invoice ID, but May 4th's transaction just doesn't appear. 

Does anyone know why it doesn't appear, and what can I do regarding the dispute?
