After I press the tracking code, it shows:
''Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link''
So how might I know the status of my delivery?
Thanks for reaching out to us via our Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with that tracking information. If you're having issues with the hyperlink inside your transaction details, we recommend copying / pasting that tracking number into the search engine for that particular tracking company (ie, USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc).
If you end up not receiving valid tracking from a seller, we normally recommend reaching out to them first. However if you continue to have issues with an item you haven't received any updates on, you can open an Item Not Received Dispute through our Resolution Center.
