Hello, made purcase on December 15 2019. I have sent emails to the merchant on different emails they have regarding not recieving a tracking number, but haven't got any responses. What should I do??

I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction isn't going as planned. At this point I would recommend opening a dispute for an Item not Received. Here's a Help Center article that can guide you through that process: I didn't receive my item or it's different than described. Should I open a dispute?
