Seller provided tracking number to the carrier on 4/26, but still hasn’t delivered the item to the carrier. How can I cancel this order and get my money back?!!

Hi @CT_2020
You can file a dispute if the seller does not seem to send the item out to you. This way the seller would see an option to cancel the transaction/refund the payment.
If you're not getting anywhere with the seller, 20 days after you opened a dispute, you may escalate it to a claim so PayPal can help decide the outcome of the situation.
Hope this helps!
Kudos and Solved are highly appreciated.

Both have already been done. Is there no way to expedite? Seems crazy to have to wait 2 months to be refunded.

Still no reply from the seller. Paypal contact email is undeliverable. Great! Sure would be nice to get my money back if they aren't going to send me my vest!
