I bought boots on-line and paid via PayPay. I never got them. I used the PayPal Resolution Center and the Seller provided a tracking number which stated delivered. I contacted USPS and asked for more details and the they said the address they show the package going to is not my address. Paypal considers the matter closed and I can't get through to anyone to explain what the USPS explained to me. So basically PayPal just accepts a Sellers tracking Number and closes the complaint and I can't explain the tracking number doesn't even go to my address.
