I ordered a large outdoor umbrella that I did not receive. I contacted the company and no reply to my email. I lodged a dispute with pay pal that is going through that I have not received my order, and I should have a result soon. Meanwhile I have discovered that I had a delivery via royal mail that contained a cheap tacky ring from china that contained no invoice. I then received that I had a delivery conformation by email from Royal Mail for that package. The website, the email address and the payment name are all different, that's where I failed to realise that this was a total scam. They now claim I have received my order of the umbrella and have confirmation that it had been delivered. I am hoping that PayPal refund the fee I have been charged
I have found that once you have made a dispute claim, you are unable to add to your findings, unless asked for by PayPal... I have found this so frustrating.
