I’ve paid for 3 products on 17th feb they said 10 20 days delivery I’ve had no response or delivery from them I’m not very good at this sort of thing so where do I go from here ?

I hope you are doing well. I know you are worried specially that you are not getting a response from the merchant as you mentioned.
Good thing that you used Paypal because when you pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Purchase / Buyer Protection covers you in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help you get a full refund.
