I did a £100 deposit to videoslots online casino. I did this as a split deposit (£67.02 from paypal balance and £32.98 from my bank account). The paypal balance was taken leaving me at £0.00 and paypal sent a direct debit instruction for £100 to my bank *which I cancelled). Yesterday paypal sent the correct direct debit instruction for the £32.98 to my bank and that amount was paid. Yesterday I topped up my paypal and paid some cash out leaving me with £2 balance. Today I wake up and find my paypal balance is now at -£98. So for a £100 deposit, they have taken the original £67.02 paypal balance and £32.98 from my bank, AND they have taken £2 balance and now claim I owe them £98. Trying to speak to a human on the phone is impossible
