Paid for an item through paypal to TOMTOP. Item was not received, persued with TOMTOP, they assured to wait till 6 months, now say that contact your local courier!! This amounts to cheating and paypal is not helping.

You had up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item and then you would have been refunded by paypals buyer protection scheme.

Of course your seller said wait 6 months because they knew then that you would be unable to open a dispute anymore.

You should read up on buyer protection before you start using paypal so you know how you are protected.
