<Removed> is my paypal account. it is temporarily limited and I have submitted all necessary documents in last week. But it is not full access to yet. it is more needed to access for few transactions in my business. please access it as soon as possible due to submitted all relevant documents.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
