I recently bought some Titleist Vokey wedges (Golf clubs) of someone on gumtree.
I received the clubs.
I took them to my local Golf PGA professional on inspection he informed me that the clubs were fake.
Since i payed for the clubs through pay pal i informed Paypal and i was informed to send the clubs back to the seller.
Using the exact same parcel that the seller had sent the clubs out i sent them back using Hermes also how the seller had sent them to myself.
With nearly a week later i received a email from the seller saying that the clubs couldn't be delivered.
I then spoke with Hermes and they had disposed of the clubs completely as they had been damaged beyond repair.
Now i am out of pocket the cost of the clubs,plus the cost of sending the cubs back ?
Am i covered by this at all through pay pal,I am greatly out of pocket due to someone selling fake golf clubs how can this be fair !
Any help on this would be great.
