We are sorry to hear that you've been waiting a long time to receive your product. Unfortuantely, we don't have control over the item's shipment as this depends on the merchant entirely. However, if you don't receive what you ordered, you can dispute the payment in your Resolution Centre. You can find more information below: 

• Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? (Purchase Protection for buyers)

• I didn't receive my item or it's different than described. Should I open a dispute?
