I had encounter that my wife send me money to my PayPal account and not easy to recieve.. April 17 accidentally i touch the refund and i dont know why it shows suddenly my money send back to the sender and i didnt take it back.. nd again it happen again my acct was limited access i cant recieve payment and i cant cash out my money.. this errors always happen to me..i submit there required papers to lift the limit access but its been how many days no access.. the payment i was not able to revieve..pls help me a lot of money will lost
