1.Please help me out. Some time ago I buy this One line software

2. Due to Some reasons i cancel the subscription from the site, But 'Seller information' Charge me again IN SEPT 2020
3. I open case at paypal In Sept. "Dispute ID PP-D-83453884" and i won the case
4. This month Seller Again Charge My account. I open case again, but now paypal is not listening to me.
5. There is NO Option to cancel this subscription and seller is not responding at all.
6. Most likely he will change MY Credit card again, next month.
This guy is keep scamming. is there any option to stop 'Xueying Wang' to take my hard earned money?
if yes, then let me know
How to cancel Please cancel this subscription. I can't see such option in paypal account.
