Okay so check this out I ordered something from a company it costed $57 well they didn't send it so therefore I disputed it it shipped my PayPal account shows that they refunded the $57 but it's not in my account but now my account is negative $25 and I've disputed that but yet now my account's on limitations I've done sent them the bank statements my ID my address but yet still nothing is done and I still ain't got that refund of $57 and now they're saying that I have to pay the $25 that my account is -4 in order to lift the limitations when I didn't authorize the $25 to be taken out of my account
