There’s an issue with your PayPal account

Hi, I am having problems with my PayPal account, I cannot send nor receive any funds.

I cannot even contact anyone thru the "Message Center" ??

What is happening??

When I go to the "Resolution Center" page, there is nothing showing up?

No case, errors, nothing...

I need help please, this has been going on for over 7 months now.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
