There's an issue with your PayPal account when Sending Money

So I have been trying to send money to someone, and it says there is an issue with my account and it does not tell me how to fix it. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

As you have given 0 information on funding sources / back up funding sources / transaction type / new account / new problem / countries / currencies etc etc then sadly not.

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble sending money. 

If you're receiving an error that there's an issue with your account, it sounds like there might be a limitation on your account. Details about a limitation and steps to resolve the limitation are usually noted in the Resolution Center.
