Hello,

I set up my PayPal account about a year ago when I started freelancing. Ever since I have been receiving payments through it and I was able to move funds without a problem. When I was setting up the account, I used my cousin's address in the US as a residence. And when I was asked for a social security number, I used some random number. I don't live in the US nor do I have a US citizenship. The only reason that I did this is because PayPal was not available in my country at that time. 

Now my account is restricted and I cannot transact funds. Please help out!

Nothing you can do, you have been caught out and broken paypal rules.

You can't verify your paypal account so your funds are frozen.
