I have message PayPal times without number about this problem but they are not helping because I use my initial on my PayPal profile name because of this there was a limitation on my account I couldn't withdraw my fund to my bank account they wanna confirm my identity and I sent them my information but a message comes back saying name are not the same on my I'd and there is a place they said I can change from a nickname to my real name and they want some documents I sent but never get a reply from PayPal ....at some point PayPal message and advice that they dont allow people using a nick name so I can withdraw my fund and close the account but anytime I tried to transfer my fund and close the account its says there is an issue with my account I need to contact PayPal for help I need help on this
