There is an issue with your account - Can't transfer money to my bank account.

So today i got the following message in my account : There’s an issue with your account
You can contact us for help resolving it. I went into the resolution center to check and see what the problem was but it didn't show me anything

that needed resolving. So i tried to link my American Express Virtual Pay through Gcash in hopes of fixing it but now it is saying that i will have to wait for the code for 5-7 days? I don't know what else to do since i already have a debit card connected to this account. I would contact customer support but due to the holidays, there is probably none of them online right now. Any help would be appreciated.
