Theft / Fraud

I have been hacked. SMEAKYSMURFS have taken about €240 from my account without authorisation. I do no know who these people are or why they've taken any money from my account but urgently need assistance and assurance that I'll be getting that money back.

Click on the unauthorised transactions and open a dispute as unauthorised via the resolve a problem on that details page.
