The wrong item was sent

Good afternoon community, I would like to know what to do if the item was sent incorrectly, and he also does not want to communicate, and does not want to send the item that I bought on ebay again?(

Open an ebay dispute, if its within 30 days.

Make sure you scroll down past the return request to the item not as described dispute option.
