The seller wont refund me

A hotel company’s website submited a payment thru my paypal which I did not confirm. I wont even use that hotel and have never stayed at it, I found out about the payment because I got an email the same day I contacted them and they said they couldnt refund me. Then I put a claim on my paypal account for the transaction and chatted with an agent but they said it could take 10 days! now this is not helpful because i wont even use the hotel and they dont want to refund me.. what will paypal most likely do?

I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had with the hotel, that definitely sounds frustrating. I would advise disputing the transaction to ensure it's reported and investigated. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve the dispute in a refund. Good luck with the case!
