Battery Shop (power-tools-UK)
I purchased a replacement battery for a Dyson cordless vacuum last April and had constant problems, but thought that the vacuum must be faulty.
It claimed to be a Samsung made battery which was suitable and lasted longer - it wasn't and it didn't.
How can I get my £44.99 refunded?
I can't seem to get any response from various Paypal contacts.

Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described up to 180 days post purchase.
After that its between you and the seller to sort out and if you can't you could try your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way (although its probably too late for them as well) OR the small claims court?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
