I bought a software (wordpress plugin), I didn't receive any items from the seller, now I get a notification in the dispute of bad: You have to send the item (s) to the return shipping address mentioned and upload the tracking information.
I bought wordpress plugin, and it does not work as described by the product. I spent a lot of time on these things. The paypayl support team works like a robot. It seems that they didn't read and understand what I presented in emails I sent them. too bad.
Can anybody help me with this? He is a professional crook. He did not help me solve the problem as I expected.
