The money will be refunded to the original payment method?

i need help here please.... money has been taken from my bank account without my permission, yet i was surprised that my case of an unauthorized transaction was rejected, at the same time it says the money will be refunded to the original payment method.

will the money be refunded back to my bank account?

credit card paymemt will always go back to the card,but bank transfer will stay in your Paypal account and you haveto transfer it yourself
