I received an item that does not match what I ordered. Paypal resolution center does not provide the ability to report this as a problem. and what I report it under different problem category, Paypal close it automatically. The seller is scam and paypal help them, apparently.
I want to file a complaint against the seller and against paypal if possible. how to do so?
