Hello
I would like to know why this dispute (PP-D-86210561) is still not resolved?
And I would also like to know why it is stated that this is a dispute of AUD 14.91 - this is the amount that the customer paid and for which he received his order and I sent all the evidence that this customer received the order, but when I will open this dispute, the amount stated here is 1,041.67 USD ?????? what's that supposed to mean ??? this customer never paid this amount in my store. Why did Paypal adjust the amount from AUD 14.91 to USD 1,041.67 ??? Why? Can anyone from Paypal explain why the amount is adjusted? Thank you
