Wow! How Do I report a scammer to paypal and get my money back, havent got my money back from ebay yet so may as well try paypal right? The scammer canceled the transaction and It said refund pending on paypal for a while but it is now crossed out, trying to file on here it has just say immediately the case is closed! HA!
