Hi, I sold someone a pair of trousers with friends & family. A couple of weeks later the buyer reported that someone made the order without their permission. Now the case is under review. I have proof that he authorized it (screenshots of the conversation). But it’s not possible to report a problem to this open dispute. It just says that it’s under review and will get back to me soon. Anything I can do?
