I try to withdraw my funds but it's not working.. I wait 72 hours and try again but same result .. "we couldn't confrim it's you " something like this. I can acces the account , the problem is only on the withdraw topic .
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
