Hello,
I recieved an email from paypal about a year ago telling me the folowing:
The account has been imited due to security issue.
Paypal will send an information mail showing how to withdraw the remaining balance after 6 monthes and till now I didn't recieve any thing.
I tried to open a support ticket about 6 times and paypal support didn't asnwer!
Now I want to close the account and withdraw the remaining balance.
If there is any advice it'l be apperatied alot .
