The Time for the seller to collect the money has expired, and I have not received my money back

I ordered an item and the seller said they are not sending the product any time soon, so they have not collected the money, but the 10 days have passed and I haven't gotten any refund.....what's going on with pay pal?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent purchase. If the transaction is no longer pending and has been completed, I'd recommend Opening a Dispute. If the transaction is still pending, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to review the transaction details a bit further.
You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal page. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
