Hello Paypal. Let me ask, why is my account restricted, I cannot transfer money and cannot withdraw money? I determine this is my account without any fraud. Every family has 2 or 3 devices to access the network, I just logged into another device, paypal limited access to my account. I look forward to the paypal deal soon for me. Thanks
