My account was banned on account of “fraudulent information,” but all the information I’ve ever used for this account is my own. This limitation has barred me from using the resolution center, and no matter how hard I try, I can’t get ahold of customer service. Is there anything else I can do, or do I have to just keep trying with customer service?
