I was scammed as well. The ad purposely decieved the buyer into purchasing #3 tennis balls for a total of $30.00. And refuses to take the purchase back and issue refunds. Then when you try to warn others on their perfect reviews, they block negative reviews. If they weren't doing anything shady why would they take down negative feedback? Thats deçietful in itself. I don't think I'll get my money back but I'm going to leave negative feedback everywhere I can to prevent this from happening to others. I wish they were forced to atleast give their location. You think they're local and don't find out things go wrong that they're in other countries and those are where most of scammers are

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website (or you receive a totally different product).

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

Do not close the dispute until you have a refund or your item.
If a seller states that they can't refund until you have closed the dispute don't believe them.
Escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days (before it times out), if you need Paypal to get involved.

Activate the below link in case you have to return the item at Paypals request (or the correct one for your country as this is the U.S link).

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will issue a chargeback.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

You can also email the company first, cause PayPal moves slow. Go to the CONTACT US on the site Miimosas for the tennis launcher and email @Brit. They will respond. Let them know their advertising was misleading and you want your money back. They will try to say you got what you paid for. BUT THATS NOT THE POINT AND THEY KNOW IT. So tell them that you would NEVER agree to purchasing a couple tennis balls for $30! And point out to them that their refund and return policy CLEARLY states that if you are not satisfied with their product you can get a refund. (THIS IS THE SMALL PRINT THEY ARE HOPING YOU DONT ACKNOWLEDGE). Let them know if they don't honor their return and refund policy for unsatisfied customers like they promised you will report them to the BBB. That's when they will give you a choice of a 50% refund and you keep the balls or return the balls for a full refund. I decided to get the $15 refund because if you return the balls you gotta pay for shipping (another 15-20$) and probably wait for them to receive the balls. I just wanna be done with them and count the extra $10 as a loss and learning experience. After making my choice, they immediately refunded me $15
