I am prevented from making a transfer from PayPal to my bank account.
I submitted documentation to verify my business several months ago.
I have had a message saying 'We're reviewing your submissions. Thanks for helping us understand your business better. We'll get back to you soon' but I still have no response.
Because my case is under review, I can't seem to appeal the review or question why the review has not been completed.
How can I have a conversation with someone to sort this out?
It is wrong for PayPal to be resticting my account like this.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
