Temporary authorization doesn't get cancelled for the customers

On my business account from work (not this one) some customers get charged with the 50€ authorization, but even after 30 days the money doesn't get unlocked.

In my activities the payment seems to be cancelled, but the customers didn't get their money back and I have no option to unlock the authorization.

What can I do now?

PS: Sorry, I have no idea if I'm in the right category or board for this concern...
