Hello Everyone, Has anyone recently experienced hold on Paypal funds Because of TRO issued in court by the legal representative of a third party. Their legal representative also sent an email to us and provided all that technical language of TRO. One of the Brand is claiming that we have sold their items. we checked and we found that link they shared in that complaint about the item is not even active on our ebay store. That legal representative asked about the Total unit sold of that item. So, we simply told them him that their item is not listed on our store and we never sold a single unit of their brand and they can also crosscheck with Ebay or Paypal about the same. After that, we have not received any revert and Our Paypal funds are simply on hold, Paypal is not helping stating it's an order from the Legal Authority. Their legal representative is not sending any revert since we have told them that we have not sold their item. and ebay is not helping as they are saying it's an issue with paypal. So, no one is helping but the funds are on hold. We wanted to check if someone can help as there are several other ebay stores mentioned in that legal complaint on email and in the same way they also issued TRO against them as well.
