Temporary Limit on account

Is anyone able to assist - our account has a temporary limitation however we have uploaded all necessary documents onto the profile and it states "submitted for review" - it has had this message for over a year now.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

I am having the same issue. I submitted my documents back in 2013, re submitted it via a link they sent me 3 times and still, my limitation is still pending and it have been a nightmare for the past 2 weeks to resolve. I tried everything without success
