I'm trying to appeal a resolution center decision but it seems to be completely broken, does anyone know how to report this? If I click on the appeal button it just redirects to a page which doesn't appear to load any content and if I click on any of the "evidence documents" about why my case was denied they just give an error message like "resource was unavailable". I can't find any contact address to submit a bug report to.
Does anyone know how to get help?
