My Identity, address, and debit card have been verified. Everything is fine, according to PayPal. I MUST be able to withdraw funds without limits. That's what my app says, and so does the web version. So it seems that there's a technical error with my account, because every time I try to withdraw funds, there's an error. It's been like this for 1 week now. Customer service wasn't very helpful. They always said they will get it done, but they never did. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you fix it?
