System does not allow to open dispute becaus of earlier action on same transaction
I sadly purchased an article in a fake webshop situated in the US. I paid with Paypal. I can t communicate with the webshop ( fake contactadress ) and the transaction-bill of Paypal says the money is transferred to a Chinese with only a e-mailadres.
By mistake i claimed this transaction as unauthorised instead as a dispute. Paypal rejected this and closed my ticket. Fully understandable.
My problem is that now i can not open a dispute for this transaction because the PayPal system blocks this at tjhe moment.
I can not come in contact with PayPal.
Someone who can help me with hints to open a dispute or with methods to come in contact with Paypal by phone
