I listed and sold an item on SWAPPA,(Big Mistake) and received payment through PayPal, shipped the item by FedEx to the CONFIRMED address. FedEx got a call from the Buyer to try and reroute the package to a different address, and when the FedEx security department got involved and investigated they determined that there was "No such person at the address" provided by the Buyer. They returned the package back to me. I have now paid for shipping twice, and have handling expenses as well. I am willing to reship the item at the Buyers expense as long as they agree that the sale is final, but will not refund the entire purchase amount without a reduction for my costs. What are your thoughts?
