Suspicious Phone Message

Hi, 

I just received a phone message as follows:

Paypal Alert: You've just sent $150 to ***

Transaction ID: 19G7741T90421A

To cancel the payment, go to ***

I never process the transactions and I cannot see it as a Pending Transactions in my account to cancel.

So, I suspect there is some scam going on.

Can anyone confirm that?

I report the problem by sending a Message to PayPal customer service.  As usual, I receive a reference in their Help, which is not addressing the issue.

I also received the exact same message! Nothing has occurred as of yet.

I had the same message but saying $720. Really freaking me out as I cannot afford to have that stolen.

I'm sick of all the crooks on the internet.  Waste half your time triple checking every payment.
