Just recently, $92 was sent to my PayPal account from a person with the same last name as mine. My first instinct was to refund the money but literally just after receiving the accidental payment, my account’s password was changed and a new bank account and phone number were added, (all of which were not done by me.) Luckily, I was able to change my password thanks to my pin and I added more security. However, I’m not sure as to what step I should take next. The person who sent me the money has since blocked me and I have no clue how to react since it could have been a scam.
