Hello. Paypal suspended my account 'cause you had to be 18 to have an account, but now I'm 18. I just want my account closed, or my bank & card removed. How do I do that?
Unlikely that you can, you would not be able to use any information linked to the account that broke the rules. That is why they limit it, to stop you removing that info and closing the account.
You would need to get permission from Paypal to see if they will let you open one now that you are 18, sometimes they don't, and if you open one without their say so then that would be limited as well.
