I paid for 2 items I found online using paypal. Afterwards I tried to contact the seller. The email address on the website was inactive and referred me to another address but that didn't exist either. I have also not had confirmation from the seller. I was concerned about the purchase and contacted Paypal to ask them to return my money but am now in some kind of loop where paypal is asking me to "return the item" but I don't even have confirmation let alone an item to return. To my knowledge, paypal hasn't actually heard from the seller either. Now what?
Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?
If not which dispute did you open?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Did paypal find in your favour?
Did the seller provide tracking?
