If you've seen an ad on Facebook by Surferry - it is a fraudulent / fake merchant run by a scammer in China. You will be asked to pay via PayPal and when you don't receive your item - OR - the wrong item is sent, the scammer will "resolve" your dispute by entering a shipment tracking number. PayPal will not refund you due to this "resolution". Even though you either never received the item - or received something completely different, PayPal won't accept your word for it because of the shipment tracking information provided by the fake seller. How to help (report to facebook so hopefully, they will take down the merchant page) ... (1) go to the fake seller facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/pg/Surferry-106084311148797/posts/?ref=page_internal
(2) click on the dots next to their advertized post in their timeline and select "Report Post" at bottom.
(3) go through the prompts and select Fraud when that choice is given.
The more of us that report to facebook, the better :-). Also - make sure you raise your dispute with PayPal to a "Claim" and don't give up. PayPal makes money whether a seller is real or fake - so PayPal is not motivated to close down accounts with fake sellers.
